With a vision to acquire self – suﬃciency in fertilizer production in the country, FFC was incorporated in 1978 as a private limited company. Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited is a public listed company with its business across Pakistan. FFC achieves its fertilizer production targets due to its well managed manufacturing plants. This is achieved through extensive Balancing, Modernization, Replacements and Untiring eﬀorts of experienced and committed technical teams.
FFC Water Treatment plant provides Demineralized water to two independent Ammonia/Urea Complexes of Goth Machi. The installed system was working on Relay Logic, Sequencer Based Modules, Recorders and Annunciators. The client was continuously facing troubleshoot and maintenance related problems due to obsoleted system. As FFC believes in Continuous Improvement Strategy in order to enhance plant eﬃciency so the core requirement of the project was to Replace Existing Control System with state of the art latest control system. This project had to be in two phases so SEPL proposed the solution and won the order for Phase I of this project.

– Naturalization Basin
SERVICES AWARDED TO SEPL:
The scope of the project covers, but is not limited to, the minimum mandatory requirements for the design, fabrication, conﬁguration, testing, installation, commissioning, documentation and vendor services for a fail-safe, fault-tolerant, PLC to be installed at utilities WTCR plant .

Ltd. always focus to meet the ultimate client requirement and customer satisfaction so SEPL proposed Allen Bradley ControlLogix Redundant Control System with Remote IO Racks in Fault Tolerant Ring (DLR) Topology with FactoryTalk View SCADA with 1200+ IOs to meet the client requirement.
